Where We Deliver

The Bellawise online store, operated by UAB Wise Trading Group, delivers orders to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland. All prices in our store are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

Delivery Methods and Prices

The following delivery options and prices apply to all our markets (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland):

  • Parcel terminal (Omniva / LP Express) — €2.99. Collect your order from a convenient self-service terminal.
  • Courier to your door — €4.99. Your order is delivered directly to the address you provide.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time is 1–4 working days after your payment has been received and your order processed. Delivery times may occasionally be longer during peak periods, public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, carrier delays).

Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare and hand over your order to the selected carrier. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please make sure the delivery address, e-mail and phone number you provide are accurate, as this ensures smooth delivery.

Tracking Your Order

When your parcel is dispatched, the carrier (Omniva or LP Express) provides tracking information so you can follow your delivery. Please check the notifications from the carrier regarding parcel arrival, pickup codes and collection deadlines for parcel terminal deliveries.

Receiving Your Parcel

For parcel terminal deliveries, please collect your order within the time frame indicated by the carrier. For courier deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the chosen address. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you at info@wisetg.com to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. If the package is visibly damaged, or if the contents are damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us at info@wisetg.com with your order number and, where possible, photos. We will resolve the issue promptly in line with your statutory rights.

Payment Before Dispatch

Orders are dispatched after successful payment via bank link or card, processed securely through licensed payment institutions.
