Terms of Purchase

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Purchase apply to purchases made in the Bellawise online store, operated by UAB Wise Trading Group, company code 305820126, VAT number LT100014288813, registered address Ramybės g. 4-70, LT-02103 Vilnius, Lithuania (the "Seller"). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Ordering and Contract Formation

You may order goods by selecting products, adding them to the cart and completing checkout. A purchase contract is formed once the Seller confirms your order by e-mail. We sell to consumers (B2C) in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT). Payment is made via bank link or payment card through secure services provided by licensed payment institutions. The Seller does not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery to parcel terminals (Omniva / LP Express) for €2.99 and courier delivery to your door for €4.99. Estimated delivery time is 1–4 working days after payment is received. Further details are set out in our Delivery policy.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, inform us at info@wisetg.com before the deadline expires and return the goods.

Hygiene exception: Under Article 16(e) of the Directive, sealed cosmetic goods that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene. This applies to our Korean skincare and cosmetics products once the protective seal is opened.

6. Warranty for Defective Goods

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods. You are entitled to a statutory legal guarantee of 2 years for defective goods. If goods are defective, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund in accordance with applicable law.

7. Complaints

Please send any complaints to info@wisetg.com, describing the issue and, where possible, attaching photos and your order number. We will respond as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days.

8. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we return the amounts paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they were sent, using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable EU or national law.
