Your Right to Withdraw

As a consumer purchasing from the Bellawise online store (operated by UAB Wise Trading Group), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Step-by-Step Withdrawal Procedure

  1. Notify us within 14 days. The period starts from the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. Send your withdrawal request to info@wisetg.com, including your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Return the goods. Send the products back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Please pack items securely so they are not damaged in transit.
  4. Receive your refund. Once we receive the goods (or proof of return), we process your refund.

Hygiene Exception for Cosmetics

In accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene. Because we sell Korean skincare and cosmetics, this means that if a product's protective seal has been opened, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that item. Products that remain sealed and unused can be returned within the 14-day period.

Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

You are entitled to a statutory 2-year legal guarantee. If your goods are defective, damaged on arrival or do not match your order, please contact us at info@wisetg.com with your order number and, where possible, photos. Depending on the situation, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Withdrawal (change of mind): you cover the cost of returning the goods.
  • Defective or incorrect goods: the Seller covers the cost of return.

Refund Method and Timeline

We refund the amounts you paid using the same payment method you originally used (bank link or card), unless we agree otherwise with you. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or your proof that they were sent back. For withdrawal, we refund the product price and the standard delivery cost you paid; any extra cost of a non-standard delivery method you chose is not refunded.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods should be in their original condition and packaging (and, for cosmetics, sealed). You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Disputes

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
